Overview
These are poems written during covid lockdown. I took long walks in the arroyo by my house where, as it happened, major earthmoving was going on to maintain flood protection for low-lying suburbs downstream in Los Angeles.

I shot video of some of this, the brutal demolition of trees, scrubland and habitat somehow paralleled the demolition of social ‘habitat’ for me.
